This Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by Lapenas Solutions (ENK), org. nr. 935 476 410, operating under the brand name Matrix Mole. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase — if you are not, we are here to help.
2. Digital Products & SaaS Subscriptions
For digital products and SaaS subscriptions, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven). To be eligible:
- The request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
- If the digital content has been fully delivered or the service has been substantially used, the right of withdrawal may not apply, as permitted by law
3. Consulting Services
For consulting services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If work has not yet commenced, a full refund will be provided. If work has been partially completed, a prorated refund may be offered at our discretion.

- Your full name
- The email address used for the purchase
- The product or service you are requesting a refund for
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 10 business days.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
6. Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining time in a billing cycle unless required by applicable law.
