2. What Data We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our contact form:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The content of your message

We use PostHog (EU region) for privacy-preserving, aggregate analytics across this website, including the OTP gadget page. It runs in cookieless mode: no cookies or local storage are used, no IP address is stored, visitors are counted via a privacy-preserving server-side hash, and you are never individually identified or tracked across other sites. We use no advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers.

3. How We Use Your Data

The personal data you submit through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Contact form submissions are delivered to us via email and are not stored in a database. We retain these messages only as long as necessary to address your inquiry or as required by applicable law.

5. Notify list (OTP Gadget product page)

The OTP Gadget product page at /products/otp-gadget offers an optional notify-me form so we can email you once when reservations for built units open. If you submit this form, we store the following in a database hosted in the EU:

  • Your email address
  • Your stated variant interest (built gadget or kit) and case-color interest
  • The page you signed up from
  • Your User-Agent string
  • A one-way salted hash of your IP address (the IP address itself is never stored)
  • Timestamps of signup, confirmation, and unsubscribe, plus unique random tokens used only for confirmation and unsubscribe links

We use this data only to confirm your signup, to send the one reservation-open announcement, and to honour unsubscribe requests. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing. Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email from us. Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 30 days.

6. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies beyond what may be technically required by the hosting infrastructure. Our analytics (see Section 2) runs in cookieless mode and sets no cookies or local storage. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking or advertising, so no cookie consent banner is required.

7. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a data subject under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
